Pros
  1. Leadership is very open and honest.
  2. Good compensation.
  3. Lot of ways and partnerships to make sure employees' well-being is taken care of.
Cons
  1. Huge organization with multiple 'islands,' so it takes a lot of time to wrap your head around who does what.
  2. Tons of acronyms, and people use them liberally without realizing that others may not know them.
  3. Too much emphasis on inclusion and diversity to a point that it has started to become stifling.
Advice to Management
  1. Find ways to make employees feel a part of the culture, rather than just having barely a day's worth of onboarding.

  2. The leadership's openness and honesty are very refreshing. However, all the talks about taking care of mental health, etc., do not translate to reality when you are overburdened.
