Nice, strong coworkers; good though not great benefits; lots of opportunity to move around; generally a very comfortable environment.
(As with all big companies) -- some politicking and jockeying for credit/promotions; constant reorganization, especially during these past few years of cost-cutting; leadership can be slow to make decisions.
Keep trucking; take more risks.
