A mature environment with good employee behavior and culture.
Worst sitting arrangement. Employees feel like they are in a fish market. Most of the people don't have fixed seats, and the available seating arrangement is so open. It's like everyone is sitting at a dining table. It's next to impossible to work because of the noise and disturbance. Even if one person is on call, the whole team gets disturbed. This is one of the last possible things to write about, but it is one of the very important things which will affect you every day. I bet you will have a headache after work at least twice a week just because of the stupid sitting arrangement, forget about the work.
Use the whole space. Push the tables near the walls and make it more like the old sitting arrangement. This is really hampering productivity. Many people are leaving just because of this.
Asked two questions. Both were LeetCode easy. The interviewer came late and seemed very disorganized. He kept asking random questions about Java garbage collection, runtime errors, etc., and interrupting while I was answering.
First round is an online HireVue with behavioral questions and MC. The second round is 1 hr 45 min behavioral plus technical with two engineers. I'm not sure if that's the final round, though.
I interviewed with them 3 times for 3 different teams and got 2 out of 3 offers. I decided not to go through with them because I accepted an offer from a different company. The ones with offers had me answer mostly technical and behavioral questions
