Very good salary structure and bonuses. Also, the company is fairly flexible about hybrid working and work from home.
Work-life balance depends on the group or team you are going to work in. Mine was pathetic.
I was slogging 12+ hours a day without any recognition.
Yearly appraisal ratings and promotions are very ad hoc. It all depends on how close you are to your bosses. The level of politics and fairness in this case is ridiculous.
