Pros

Higher-level leadership has a clear vision and communicates well.

Good benefits and work-life balance.

Cons

There is a lot of favoritism at the lower level leadership (Band 40).

Many leaders micromanage, especially those who transferred from the India office.

There is no growth in salary or career after joining the company.

Advice to Management

Band 40 leadership is not working according to organizational goals. They are misusing company resources. There should be a proper further feedback mechanism to get deep into the root cause analysis.
