Pros

Slow growth environment, but lately the work pace has moved up quite a bit, almost to an annoying level. This is due to overzealous PMs being pushed by the top-tier executives with aggressive projects and moonshots.

Overall, still a solid company to work with, but you might not want to stay for more than 5 years.

Advice to Management

Review the B60 level VPs. A lot of the tech VPs almost have no tech expertise.
