As long as you are working well, no issues. Some people are very collaborative; they go the extra mile.
After putting in a lot of effort and hard work, when the time came to convert to full-time, a lower pay grade was offered.
I wasn't valued for all the work done for the company, due to cheap management and politics.
Value the engineer who has shown interest and is going above and beyond whenever required.

Asked two questions. Both were LeetCode easy. The interviewer came late and seemed very disorganized. He kept asking random questions about Java garbage collection, runtime errors, etc., and interrupting while I was answering.
