Pros

If you negotiate properly, you can get a good package and a few perks at the workplace.

Cons

The technology department is very outdated. Leadership is not technical, however, they take most of the technical decisions. There is no scope for developing tech. skills. There is a lot of bureaucracy. The company culture needs a lot of development. Leaders expect employees to treat them as gods.

Advice to Management

We need to improve company culture and reduce discrimination based on employee designation.

In terms of improving the technology side, please start investing in skilled employees rather than starting a competition among teams to onboard to newly introduced Amex frameworks.
