Most of the people are nice. The company is pretty old, so all processes are in place. I have worked in a financial company before, so it was par for the course. However, they are not behind the curve in technology, and the stack comprised of technology used in companies like eBay or PayPal. For some reason, they seem to be very open about using different development methodologies like object-oriented, reactive, and functional in the backend.
The company is pretty old, so all processes are in place. This means that for everything, you have to submit a ticket to get access, which becomes tiring after a while. Unless you have a mentor or friend helping you out, this can fast become an awful experience.
Not sure if it is still happening, but the projects are developed under a project manager, which may or may not be a very good experience. I am sure management has its own reasons not to go truly agile, but they should reconsider and provide a better experience using product managers and engineering managers instead of project managers. If you are still not convinced, may I suggest a (re)watching of Office Space?
First round is an online HireVue with behavioral questions and MC. The second round is 1 hr 45 min behavioral plus technical with two engineers. I'm not sure if that's the final round, though.
I interviewed with them 3 times for 3 different teams and got 2 out of 3 offers. I decided not to go through with them because I accepted an offer from a different company. The ones with offers had me answer mostly technical and behavioral questions
At the assessment centre, they went over the CV and the questions from the online assessment to ensure you did not cheat and could explain your solutions. There were two interviews, both "Technical".
