  1. Managers are very biased here. If you are a favorite of your manager, then they will allow you to work from home permanently. Otherwise, they will force you to come to the office.

  2. Managers are so biased that if you are working day and night and giving good results, and another person is not working at all, they get a bigger hike than you because they are a favorite of your manager.

  3. Forcing employees to learn new technology; otherwise, they tell you to leave the company.

Advice to Management

Either give permanent WFH to everyone in a team who requested it, or don't give it to anyone. Be unbiased.
