One of the worst, tension-filled, backstabbing workplaces I've ever seen. Kenny Chen became the titular figurehead.
Dump Chenault and return to reputable practices, putting cardmembers first, not management.

Software Engineer
First round is an online HireVue with behavioral questions and MC. The second round is 1 hr 45 min behavioral plus technical with two engineers. I'm not sure if that's the final round, though.
