Sometimes, being on the Technology Team, I found my department poor in comparison to Business teams. We didn't have budget for almost any parties. The Business team, however, would party almost every month.
The Business Team and Technology Team should be treated the same way.

Software Engineer
Easy, basic DSA (3Sum problem) and basic OS questions. Nothing hard. I think it was just a "name shake" interview. Total 2 rounds: 1 technical and 1 HM round.
Software Engineer
It was an average interview with a total of 4 rounds, including Java concepts and data structures and algorithms. Fundamentals of any one coding language are a must, and strong leadership aspects are required. The work culture is excellent here.
