Pros

Top Notch Benefits. They've got it all.

Yearly Performance Bonus is generous.

Company is always doing well and almost never laying people off.

Cons

Not all teams are the same.

The best people always leave; Amex is a stepping stone.

The CEO is significantly left of center politically and regularly affirms the relevant values and opinions in company-wide communications. He's in lockstep with the mainstream liberal media and liberal party lines. He speaks as if everyone at the company holds those same views and that any other views are obviously wrong and unwelcome at the company. If you're at all skeptical of the mainstream, liberal, corporate, and political establishment, it's a bit off-putting to have the CEO parroting the very same party lines and expecting you to share them.
