Pros

Best colleagues around with greater exposure to the tools and technology.

Great workplace with amazing ambience.

If you are already experienced with this domain and have friends, then you can work and are worth dying for here.

Cons

Work-life balance is a myth.

Management expects you to be familiar with everything in less than 6 months. You can only jump in if you can match this.

Stressful, if you want to push yourself hard.

You can only survive if you have known friends as colleagues around you. If you can't, your colleagues will whisper things to others rather than share them with you openly.

Poor management.

Documentation is poor in understanding the real objectives.

Advice to Management

You can only grow if you allow the people outside of your community.

Trusting people can improve your productivity!
