Really nurture the staff and have a clear vision where they want to be. Projects are well maintained and PO's (at least the one I crossed paths with) are generally decent at driving the team.
There's good talent around you, and you feel the teamwork mindset that is endorsed every day.
Still aren't a truly remote company. For its size and investment in tech, the company should be more open with regards to remote working, allowing staff to remote in from other countries which are not where the employee is allocated (e.g., UK staff being able to remote in from, let's say, Spain).
