Amex treats its employees very well. The managers are respectful and kind.
Work itself can sometimes be a nightmare, as coding documentation is low. Often, in order to understand a system, one must figure out who the right person is to ask, wasting precious hours of work time on a wild-goose chase rather than on work itself.
