Pros

Great pay, great team members, great work-life balance, and decently challenging work with exposure to plenty of modern, career-relevant software tools and frameworks.

Cons

Joined for a 12-month contract. However, upon successful project completion, my contract was terminated early with a 2-week notice despite consistently receiving positive feedback. I harbor no ill will, as I understand volatile market conditions have inevitably impacted budgets, but I am nevertheless unhappy to be leaving the team.
