No growth, crappy pay, talent isn’t valued. It’s expected when a company isn’t tech-first. Management at the EM and Director level are a joke. Whoever voted this place as a top place to work is on that corporate gooberaid.
Hire people who know how to help talent grow. Actually value the talented engineers you have.

Software Engineer
First round is an online HireVue with behavioral questions and MC. The second round is 1 hr 45 min behavioral plus technical with two engineers. I'm not sure if that's the final round, though.
