More changes are needed to become a true tech company
- Working towards becoming a tech company, as a result, we started taking a lot of good initiatives.
- Flexible work-life balance.
- Good bonus scheme.
- Pay is not competitive enough.
- Employee years of hard work are not appreciated.
- Requires politics to get things done.
There is a bias in pay, as new hires have been offered far better pay, and this is not accounted for during annual pay considerations. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Software Engineer
First round is an online HireVue with behavioral questions and MC. The second round is 1 hr 45 min behavioral plus technical with two engineers. I'm not sure if that's the final round, though.
