I am the kind of person that always thinks that companies are just looking at their employees as a number. But not this one.
Can a company as big as Amex be a family? YES!
After leaving them for a year and coming back, I must say that it is just the most awesome company I have ever worked for.

American Express Interview Experiences
Software Engineer
First round is an online HireVue with behavioral questions and MC. The second round is 1 hr 45 min behavioral plus technical with two engineers. I'm not sure if that's the final round, though.
