Organize only meetings and no other fun activities.
If you ask for a collective team leave for mental health, they will organize a meeting to motivate you.
No furniture allowance.
Consider giving some perks other than a motivational talk. In WFH, a furniture allowance should be given.

Software Engineer
First round is an online HireVue with behavioral questions and MC. The second round is 1 hr 45 min behavioral plus technical with two engineers. I'm not sure if that's the final round, though.
