It's a paycheck, okay benefits.
The leadership doesn't provide the company much transparency into the decisions they make. The codebase is a mess. Long hours are expected, and compensation is only okay considering the long hours.
More transparency.
Pay your employees more.

Software Engineer
First round is an online HireVue with behavioral questions and MC. The second round is 1 hr 45 min behavioral plus technical with two engineers. I'm not sure if that's the final round, though.
