The work/life balance at the company is amazing. Since it's a large company, if you ever want to work on something new, there is likely a team doing that and the process to move teams is not too difficult. Also, the benefits for you and your family are great.
It is difficult to move up to new positions within your team, so the best way to do that is to switch teams. So if you enjoy what you're doing but wish to move up, you may have to either wait much longer or choose which thing you value more. The pay is also much lower than other tech fields.
First round is an online HireVue with behavioral questions and MC. The second round is 1 hr 45 min behavioral plus technical with two engineers. I'm not sure if that's the final round, though.
