There's a disconnect between the confidence felt during demonstrations and day-to-day life. The stories lack information, leaving a lot to the developer to discover in terms of what work actually needs to get done. Information in silos discourages exploration, as timelines conflict with the effort required to understand requirements.
First round is an online HireVue with behavioral questions and MC. The second round is 1 hr 45 min behavioral plus technical with two engineers. I'm not sure if that's the final round, though.
