Great benefits; they treat employees well, and the work is interesting. The pay is decent and includes annual bonuses.
Work-life balance can be rough. Lots of offshore devs, so depending on your team, you can have many night calls. Tons of Indian coworkers, including most of the leadership team, so it's not the most diverse. However, people are friendly.

First round is an online HireVue with behavioral questions and MC. The second round is 1 hr 45 min behavioral plus technical with two engineers. I'm not sure if that's the final round, though.
