Hybrid work location

Excellent collaboration with talented team members.

Opportunity to work with a cutting-edge tech stack.

Many locations to home-base for hybrid location.

Management is responsive and does their best to support their teams.

Cons

Low chance of direct hire conversions. Reliance on contingent workers causes high turn-over interruptions. Stagnating hourly wage for contractors. Overtime required, but not often if ever compensated.

Advice to Management

Focus more on moving long-term contractors to Direct Hire. The company culture needs to change in this regard.
