Great company and work-life balance.
No real issues, everything is good.
Overall, I thought it was an excellent interview process. During the university's career fair, I was invited for an interview on campus. The first round was purely behavioral for me, but for some of the other candidates, there were technical question
I applied through college/university. There was a Skype technical interview with questions about definitions and some basic coding implementations. The second round was a "SuperDay" on their campus with two interviews and a tour.
The interview process was fairly straightforward. I applied through my university career fair, got a phone screen, then a technical phone interview with OOP concepts and code-sharing, then an onsite at PHX where I was asked more technical questions.
