Pros: The company is focused on diversity and inclusion.
Cons: Large egos where engineers bring their science projects to work. This makes for complex systems. You will get asked multiple times what some systems do. Sadly, some don't accomplish much except churning CPU cycles and costs. Engineers will talk about other engineers' shortcomings behind their back, creating an environment you don't fully trust and won't feel comfortable in.

Very good response from the customer care team.
Cons: No good working culture.
A lot of vendor politics.
No vision for what they are doing.
All the entities in Amex are not centralized.
