Pros

Great pay. Laid back. Good vacation time. Excellent paternity/maternity leave.

Cons
  • New employees are given no direction whatsoever (at least in my case).
  • Upon being hired, had nothing to do for weeks.
  • Nobody even told me what team I was in for about a week.
  • Poor communication for new hires.
Advice to Management

Create a step-by-step plan for new hires. Don't just plop them in a chair and ignore them.
