Amex had a nice facility. They can be flexible with hybrid or remote positions.
Worker experience can vary by team. A lot of teams lack diversity. Work culture can be toxic depending on the team you work for.
Get a more diverse workforce. Train team managers on how to create a positive workplace environment.

First round is an online HireVue with behavioral questions and MC. The second round is 1 hr 45 min behavioral plus technical with two engineers. I'm not sure if that's the final round, though.
