Pros

Paycheck is timely, and top leadership is friendly.

Cons

No work-life balance, low ROI, peanuts in terms of salary hike, and no proper training is imparted to new joinees. So, very little in terms of actual growth.

Advice to Management

Start investing in your technology employees. Give them team-specific training. HR is really lousy; no communication is reached on time. They delay until the last moment.
