Pay was decent. Not as much as the big tech companies, but good enough. I wanted an experience that was different from all the big tech companies, and I got just that. I learned a lot, and it was overall a good experience. Great place to work if you're ready to settle down and want stability.

Through the college placement and internship cell during my 3rd and 4th year, Amex came to my college for recruitment. I participated in the hiring process. I tried but couldn't make it.
Asked two questions. Both were LeetCode easy. The interviewer came late and seemed very disorganized. He kept asking random questions about Java garbage collection, runtime errors, etc., and interrupting while I was answering.
