Management doesn't care about culture and work environment; they just need work to be done. Team members don't share knowledge; they just make sure new ones suffer and learn, but not in a smooth way with proper KT sessions.

1. Online coding challenge on Codility, consisting of 2 coding questions. 2. Behavioural interview on HireVue. 4/5 questions, approximately 20 minutes. 3. In-person assessment centre invitation, including group work as well as solo sessions.
Through the college placement and internship cell during my 3rd and 4th year, Amex came to my college for recruitment. I participated in the hiring process. I tried but couldn't make it.
Asked two questions. Both were LeetCode easy. The interviewer came late and seemed very disorganized. He kept asking random questions about Java garbage collection, runtime errors, etc., and interrupting while I was answering.
