The people are great, at all levels. If you have a good idea, then it will get picked up and used (or at least thought about).
The hierarchical nature of the company is mainly around the structure for reporting. If you need to gain approval of a senior member of staff, or just want a chat, then they tend to have open doors.
It's a big company, so there can be quite a bit of bureaucracy. We are global, so there can be a lot of work outside of "normal" hours.
This is a difficult time for the company, and I think Senior Management is doing a good job in letting us know what is going on.
