The interview process was smooth, involving Zoom interviews followed by an onsite visit.
Questions focused on typical embedded C topics, with some "LeetCode nonsense." Overall, the interview was well-tailored to the position, avoiding many irrelevant questions.
Interviewers were friendly, but the culture appeared somewhat cut-throat. I declined the (very good) offer as I prioritize work-life balance.
