Pros: Coming back to share some ongoing feedback. During my time here, there have continued to be incredible opportunities for growth. The space of our work is interesting and challenging, and there's plenty of it. I continue to be really happy with what I'm doing and who I'm doing it with.

Cons: Maintaining my own boundaries and work-life balance is on me, and I need to balance it better myself. It can be frustrating when we're both not getting the support we need from the product teams to actually deliver what our customers want, and not getting the headcount filled to be able to build it ourselves.

Pros: Fantastic benefits and a very good team to work with.

Cons: Job satisfaction is 100% dependent on what program/project you are placed on. I did not enjoy half of the work. I found myself asking for work to do a lot of the time because of poor direction.

Cons: Highly toxic, disorganized, high stress, and a nasty political environment. There is no work-life balance. Horrible, abusive management, with a strong buddy system. The contracts are coming in, but deliverables are behind schedule with little direction. Experience is not valued, and young and dumb are welcomed. The massive hiring created a comical scene everywhere, where nothing gets done right. Can't wait to leave soon.
