Process
I thought I had all the skills for the position: passion, experience, attitude, and more. At least, I felt I deserved a second interview to be assessed technically or with behavioral questions. For me, it was a great fit.
However, after the first screening, I was disqualified. I sensed a bit of "singsong." I may be wrong. I don’t know if it was a formality interview and the decision was already made, but it was very disappointing.
This was especially true after I could not get any feedback or a reply, just a small reply for courtesy.
You could motivate me to apply for future positions.
I believe that I will be one of the best in my field in the future, but I will never forget. It is still a disappointment for me now.
