Their office is phenomenal, and everyone was a pleasure to talk to.
The onsite sessions were planned well ahead of time, with some guidance from the recruiter/schedule as to what to prepare for.

Cons: Horrible, completely incompetent management. Engineers promoted to managers without any concern for their experience or ability, especially within the mechanical, design, and manufacturing teams.

Pros: If you join Anduril, you are expected to get stuff done. This is not going to be your typical government contractor gig that takes forever to deliver. We move fast.

Lots of potential
Cons: Some people are not used to fast pace or fast prototyping. You will get there. The good energy is contagious.
