First, there was a screening with the hiring manager. Then there was an onsite presentation and interviews with individual team members. The overall experience was positive and gave a good opportunity to understand the company and its culture. I would recommend interviewing there.

Pros: I like all my coworkers and feel that we are working towards a common mission.
The work is fulfilling and I get to see the positive results of my work on a regular basis.
There is very little bureaucracy as compared to a normal defense company, so I can get work done quickly and get the resources I need.
Cons: I don’t really see many downsides.
