Pros: Fantastic benefits and a very good team to work with.
Cons: Job satisfaction is 100% dependent on what program/project you are placed on. I did not enjoy half of the work. I found myself asking for work to do a lot of the time because of poor direction.

Cons: Common startup themes such as underestimating timelines and appropriately staffing projects. They're swinging for the fences, so I do get it.
