The interview process consisted of several stages:
- A phone interview with a recruiter.
- A phone interview with the hiring manager.
- An onsite panel interview in Irvine, California.
The onsite interview required a technical presentation for the team and interviewers. It was a pretty straightforward process.
Every interviewer mentioned they had previously worked at SpaceX but had essentially been burnt out.

Pros: Inspiring mission. I feel I'm given the resources to accomplish my work, and it's exciting work at that. C-suite leadership seems to have a strong vision for where they want to take Anduril, and it really feels like we're moving there quickly. Excellent benefits.
Cons: Rapid change means I've experienced at least three sweeping organizational changes during my two-year tenure.
Culture is fast-paced and can lead to high stress at times. Middle managers need better training and development.
