There's an incredible growth curve and opportunities that come with it.
I'm happy with the compensation & benefits.
It's a great environment to "level up" in skills/knowledge.
Cons: - Some perks have started to go away.
- Newer hires don't feel like they've upheld the bar.
- It's becoming more difficult to track what's happening across the company.
