Get to work with top talent in the industry for a great learning experience.
Management listens to IC input.
TA does an excellent job weeding out negative personalities.
Lots of selfless professionals willing to jump in and help when needed.
Singular vision to upend traditional DoD norms and get DoD the best tech as quickly as possible.
Upper management is very accessible.
Cons: Work/life balance can be a challenge, but PTO is encouraged by upper management and PTO is respected (i.e., not asked to work when on vacation).
Not necessarily a con, but like everywhere in the sector, staffing is challenging at times. The no remote work policy, while being HQ'd in CA, is also a challenge.
