Process
I first spoke with a recruiter after they reached out. I informed them I wasn’t looking for a new job, but they convinced me to do an interview anyway.
From there, I had an initial phone screen that went well, followed by three more interviews on the same day with gaps in between.
The interviewer did a great job presenting applicable questions and not trying to come up with some crazy, non-real-world problem just to feel smarter than the interviewee. They also answered my questions about the company and what it is like to work there, and I felt they were very candid with me.
Overall, the experience was great and actually helped me decide to go from not looking for a new job to really wanting to work for this company.
