Process
I applied through a recruiter. The process took three weeks.
- 2 phone rounds
- Onsite consisting of 4 rounds: 2 coding, 1 system design, and 1 behavioral
The company is notorious for not reimbursing expenses for the onsite. Keep that in mind before interviewing. HR ghosted me when confronted.

Growing company with poor management support
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee
Washington, DC

Pros: Company is growing, product is interesting, and the hottest company in the space.
Cons: Management in DC is poor, and I had a single 1:1 the whole year. Do not expect any type of investment from management in your personal career growth. Come here entirely if you are interested in the space and intend to stay in it.

Pros: Pay is above market, with interesting problems in AI and robotics, great benefits, and many chances to move up and take ownership. I’ve been promoted thrice in 3 years.
Cons: You have to grind; some say bad WLB.
