Pay is above market, with interesting problems in AI and robotics, great benefits, and many chances to move up and take ownership. I’ve been promoted thrice in 3 years.
You have to grind; some say bad WLB.
The first round was a virtual debug of broken code. The full loop consisted of the typical system design, two coding rounds, and behavioral portions. All were virtual, with the option to split over two days. I "passed" the full loop (final round),
First Round: 1 LeetCode medium. Final Round: 4 interviews: - 1 behavioral. - 3 LeetCode hard. Interviewers were all kind and helped me work through the challenging problems. I really enjoyed the experience.
I had a phone screen over Zoom. It was in HackerRank, so autocomplete was helpful. I was allowed to Google search for APIs. Overall, it was not bad, but I didn't get the thumbs up.
