Pros: Great team, very mission-driven.

Cons: Growing quickly, and still learning from that.

Pros: Great health benefits and office.

Cons: Pay was not great for the experience. Opportunities for advancement are sparse. There is a lot of competition between branches.

Pros: Mission-driven coworkers. Fast-paced development/product iteration cycles with relatively little red tape compared to other larger companies. Extremely generous benefits and compensation.

Cons: Not many real downsides, honestly. As with any company, Anduril struggles with some internal organizational growing pains and some confusion, but none of that has ever had a significant impact on my perspective of the company. This is a challenging company to build and grow, but that's why we are here. Much of the criticism I hear within the company comes from people with a "grass is always greener" mentality. This is objectively a great place to work. Yes, there are struggles.
