I like all my coworkers and feel that we are working towards a common mission. The work is fulfilling and I get to see the positive results of my work on a regular basis. There is very little bureaucracy as compared to a normal defense company, so I can get work done quickly and get the resources I need.
I don’t really see many downsides.
The interviewer felt unprepared, and it felt very unprofessional. The questions were overly specific in areas where they shouldn't have been, and it felt as if it were a way for the interviewer to show off.
