Treat the Lexington interns better!
It was a technical deep dive into my resume, questioning a couple of projects and reasons why I made certain design choices. I was made to show my thought process behind each of these choices and what I would have done if I had more control.
The interviewer felt unprepared, and it felt very unprofessional. The questions were overly specific in areas where they shouldn't have been, and it felt as if it were a way for the interviewer to show off.
The interview process consisted of two phone screens, two video calls with the team, and a final 8-hour on-site, paid for by the company. I was encouraged to apply for a "reach" role during the first phone screen and landed it, which made me very hap
