Anduril provides you with the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and offers an amazing environment to do so. You get to work with a diverse group of highly intelligent people who manage to build some pretty incredible software and hardware.
It is pretty amazing to see how fast Anduril can move and go from concept to a production-ready product, and it is a very humbling experience to get to be a part of it.
As someone who has worked in a mix of big tech and small groups, none can compare to Anduril. Aside from personal life, Anduril was the best decision I’ve ever made.
The only possible con I can think of is when working in the defense tech space. Sometimes you will get to work on really cool stuff that you can't really talk about with friends or family due to the sensitive nature of it.
Continue to grow the team with amazing people so we maintain our beautiful culture.
